Winners Never Quit

A situation where a person is under pressure gives them a chance to demonstrate their potential,this statement has been resonating in my pressure situation to get the best out of me.I like to debunk the theory where experts call in to leave a bad manager of what not i could think of one is rivalry,politics,bad colleagues,not respected at work, or not being promoted ,leaving that position will not make you a leader it will only make you weak inside, by not picking up the right fight which you should have fought and even if you go down fighting is not the end,it will only help you plan better and if you choose to avoid,the opponent knows he is not a dead meat who i could win over easily.

Observing is the key in such pressure situation,and analyzing what has been your area of weakness and working towards it,seeking help will build your confidence and,to learn from your weakness is the mark of true fighter in life,it will help you build confidence and provide clarity on your decision of fighting it out in the mad world at your work place or take wings on a new journey.If you still want to leave make sure you leave a positive mark in the mind and hearts of your colleagues and manager, look them in the eye and say it loud and clear,reason out of with them in style and make sure not to offend.

If it is good manager learning from junior voice to understand the short-comings & avoid such scenarios, and is better equipped in managing team players ,could avoid creating a vacuum in the teams or organization.
